Who We Are

Matthew Chandler brings 28 years of experience in education, supporting students from kindergarten through college. He has served as a school- and district-level administrator for 12 years, is a certified special education teacher, was a consultant at the Disability Resource Center at the University of Arizona, and began his career as a high school social studies teacher. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona, as well as a Master’s degree in Leadership and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. In Arizona, Matthew holds certifications as a Principal (PreK–12), Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher (K–12), is approved to teach high school Political Science and Social Studies, along with a Structured English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement.  He specializes in special education advocacy, helping families navigate IEPs, evaluations, placement decisions, and complex compliance issues with clarity and confidence.

Kathy Chandler has 28 years of experience in education, working with students and families from PreK through high school. She spent 11 years as a school administrator in public and private schools, and began her career as an elementary school teacher, giving her deep insight into both instruction and school leadership. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Teaching and Teacher Education from the University of Arizona, along with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Kathy holds Arizona certifications as a Principal (PreK–12) and Elementary Teacher (K–8), along with a Structured English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement. She focuses on general education advocacy, supporting families through school conflict, discipline matters, placement concerns, 504s, evaluations, IEPs, and high-stakes school decisions.

Matthew and Kathy have been married for 20 years and have raised two daughters together. They live in the Tucson area, where they are deeply connected to the local community and schools. Matthew is a Tucson native, while Kathy grew up in Phoenix, giving them a broad perspective on education across Arizona. As parents themselves, they understand how personal and emotional school decisions can be, and they are committed to supporting families with care, professionalism, and respect.
